Wholesome, gluten-free, and rich in nutrition - our stone-ground Buckwheat Flour is sourced directly from farmers and made with care. A versatile flour for fasting, everyday cooking, and global recipes.
At Monks Bouffe, every ingredient we bring to you has a journey. Our relationship with buckwheat started while exploring traditional fasting foods in India. What we discovered was far beyond just a “fasting flour” - buckwheat is a seed celebrated across cultures: in India for kuttu rotis, in Japan for soba noodles, in Eastern Europe for hearty porridge.
We were fascinated by how one humble seed connects traditions across the world, while being a powerhouse of nutrition. That’s why we decided to make it part of our collection - to bring this global superfood, grown with care by our farmer partners, into your kitchen in its most natural form.
