How is Kesar variety different from Alphonso Mango?

Kesar variety is a separate mango variety from Gujarat. It is called the Queen of mangoes just like Alphonso is called the King of Mangoes.

In what form will we receive the Kesar Mangoes?

You will receive the Monks Bouffe Kesar Mangoes in semi-ripe state and they would take about 3-4 days before they ripen enough to be consumed in the sweetest form.

How to store Kesar Mangoes?

Once you receive the Monks Bouffe Kesar Mangoes, we take them out of the box and check each piece. Then as per how ripe each piece is, we need to keep them in the box covered with hay.

How do you know when Kesar Mangoes are ripe?

With Kesar mangoes, especially organic/naturally grown ones it is a tricky question. The Kesar mangoes are usually not as yellow as the alphonso ones when ripe. They may be ripe when slightly green from the outside.
