Hardi Ghati is a variety of rice predominantly grown in the Dantewada region of Chhattisgarh. It's a bold rice variety with low GI(glycemic index) and helps us keep our hunger satiated for a longer period of time.

Perfect for soft fluffy Idli every time

Been using Hardi Ghati Rice for idli/dosa batter and the results are consistently great. The rice grinds well and gives a smooth batter. Idlis come out super soft and spongy, and dosas turn golden and crisp. Good fermentation even in cooler weather. Grain quality looks clean with minimal broken pieces. Value for money compared to other idli rice brands I've tried. Will definitely repurchase.
