We're hiring a Sales & Marketing Intern

Location – Mazagaon, South Mumbai

Stipend – 20k per month

Employment type – Full-time Internship (Work from office only)

> We’re looking for extremely strong first-principles problem solvers, who have a maker / builder within them and want to bring to life consumer insights to revolutionize the organic food sector.

Responsibilities:

> Interacting with existing and new customers on Call, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook messenger.

> Providing timely Email support on customer queries.

> Outbound Calls to past and present customers and a few cold calls a day.

> Co-ordination with customers on incoming orders & payment receivables from B2C & B2B customers.

> Executing social media marketing ideas in the form of Social media Stories, Posts and Reels.

> Creating Visual content for website and whatsapp messages.

> Being present at the weekly farmer's markets or other events that the company participates in.

Key Skills

> Fluent in English

> Strong inter-personal communication skills

> Knows Canva or an equivalent software
