Your tasks will be…
- Supervising the operations workers.
- Also, helping with packing, loading and unloading of material.
- Ensuring timely preparation of orders.
- Ensuring the quality of orders is as per the standards laid down by the organisation.
- Coordinating with the administrative team to receive and supervise execution of online and offline orders in a timely manner.
- Maintaining Stock inventory on a real time basis.
- Coordinating with the inward and outward delivery partners.
- Re-checking inward and outward challans and invoices.
- Maintaining the storage of stocks and ensuring there is minimal wastage.
- Maintaining cleanliness in the complete workspace.
- Coordinating and resolving all the requirements and issues related to the operations team and machinery in use.
What do we expect:
- Being capable of working independently
- A problem-solving attitude and creativity with solutions.
- An hands-on attitude where you would be open to even doing some physical labour
- Discipline in your approach.
- An eye for detail
- Having an inclination using and resolving issues related to technicals and machinery.
- Understanding basic written English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
