We're hiring a Customer Service Executive
Location – Mazagaon, South Mumbai
Salary – 25-30k per month

Experience - 1-5 Years
We are seeking a Customer Service Executive who will be responsible for co-ordination with customers, delivery partners, while being solution-oriented in resolving customer queries.
Responsibilities –
• Interacting with existing and new customers on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook messenger.
• Providing timely Email support on customer queries.
• Porter/Wefast booking and support
• Outbound Calls to past and present customers and a few cold calls a day.
• Co-ordination with customers on incoming orders & payment receivables from B2C & B2B customers.
• Supporting the marketing team with weekly & monthly WhatsApp messaging
• Co-ordinating with delivery partners/executives to book as well as solve shipping related issues with Delivery companies like Pickrr, Shiprocket etc.
Skills Required –
• Fluent in written & spoken English (Knowing Marathi would be an add-on)
• Solution Oriented approach
• Strong Communication Skills
