Shipping policy

Orders received before 6pm IST (Indian Standard Time) usually ship out the on the next business day. Orders received after this time generally leave the day after. Please note that our delivery partners, Delhivery/Xpressbees and a few others do not deliver orders on Sundays, in some locations.

Orders generally take a 2-5 days depending on the location within India. Minimum delivery time is 1 day and maximum delivery time is 14 days depending upon the location in India.

To cancel your order, send us an email on taste@monksbouffe..com with your order details and we'll cancel it promptly.

Please note that we do not accept cancellations once the orders have been dispatched from our fulfillment center.

For Orders Delivered via Paper Packaging, 3-5% standard wastage is likely to occur during transportation.

Certain items on our website are designated as 'Mumbai Only' products. These products are exclusively shipped within the Mumbai region, as defined in this policy. These products are restricted to the Mumbai region which includes, but is not limited to, the following areas: from South Mumbai up to Andheri in the Western Line, Mulund in the Central Line, and Mankhurd in the Harbour Line. Any orders placed for 'Mumbai Only' products that request shipping to locations outside the specified Mumbai region will be subject to cancellation. In the event of such a cancellation, the customer will receive a refund for their purchase. However, the refund will be less the charges incurred by the payment gateway used for the transaction. 

PLASTIC FREE PACKAGING

1. Plastic Packaging in Certain Pincodes:
Due to operational constraints, the organisation reserves the right to use plastic packaging for certain pincodes. In such cases, any additional fee paid for the plastic-free packaging option will be refunded to the original payment source.

2. Glass Jar Packaging:
Products that are originally packed in glass jars will be dispatched in the same packaging, irrespective of the plastic-free packaging selection.

3. Exceptions for Specific Products:
Certain products, such as salts, makhana, and select dried fruits, require plastic packaging for quality and safety reasons. These items will be shipped in plastic packaging regardless of the plastic-free packaging selection. If an order includes such products along with other items, only these specific products will be packed in plastic, while the remaining items will be packaged as per the plastic-free option. No refund will be applicable in such cases. However, if an order contains only these specific products, the additional fee paid for plastic-free packaging will be refunded to the original payment source.

4. External Packaging Considerations:
The plastic-free packaging option applies only to product packaging. External shipping boxes may still require plastic wrapping for certain pincodes or during the monsoon season to ensure product safety and integrity.

By selecting the plastic-free packaging option, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions. The organisation retains the right to modify these terms as necessary.
