1. What is organic Chocolate Almond Butter?

This creamy almond butter is made from organically-grown almonds , Organic Cocoa Powder and Jaggery Powder with no added salt. Perfect for toast in the morning, or on a sandwich or fruit any time of the day. A healthy, delicious snack!

2. How do you store Chocolate Almond Butter after opening?

You don't have to refrigerate Chocolate almond butter, but doing so isn't a bad idea. Storing almond butter in the fridge after opening prevents it from going rancid prematurely, and it's worth considering if you need it to last for more than a few months. However, to store almond butter without a fridge or cooler, choose a cool, dry, dark place.

3. Why does Chocolate Almond Butter have oil on top?

Naturally. It starts with the grinding process--during grinding, nuts release their oils. When the nut butter sits in room temperature, the oil in its liquid form slowly rises and sits on the top of the jar.

4. Why did my Chocolate Almond Butter separate?

It's completely normal for almond butter to separate. This is due to the natural oils that the butter contains. When almonds are crushed into butter by a blender, the oils are extracted from the nuts. Over time, the butter will naturally separate, though it can be easily re-blended by giving it a slow stir.

5. What are benefits of Chocolate Almond Butter?
